In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"), we hereby inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your related rights.

2. Personal data will be processed when it is necessary for:

a) the Company's performance of the Agreement (reservation, preliminary, development, and transfer of ownership (sales agreement)), pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("General Data Protection Regulation"),

b) compliance with the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation (compliance with the obligation to archive documentation, process complaints, and perform the obligation to settle transactions),

c) for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or a third party, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation, which the Controller considers to be: direct marketing, pursuing and defending against claims, preventing fraud, maintaining statistics and analyses, ensuring the security of the IT environment, and implementing internal control systems. 3. Recipients of personal data may include, in particular: the custodian, entities providing legal, banking, notarial, advisory, auditing, accounting, IT, document archiving and destruction, and marketing services, as well as auditors in connection with audits, and housing community managers.

4. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the controller, and pursue and defend against claims for the period resulting from the running of general limitation periods for claims, calculated from the execution of the reservation agreement, preliminary agreement, and transfer of ownership (sales agreement).

5. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to direct marketing.

6. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when processing is necessary for other purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, without affecting the lawfulness of processing. 7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, and transfer your data.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. The personal data you provide are necessary for the performance of the Agreement (reservation, preliminary, development, and ownership transfer – sales agreement), and failure to provide them will prevent its conclusion.

10. The Controller does not process data in an automated manner, and the data is not subject to profiling.
